Chasing Butterflies
I was out on my front steps today and noticed a couple of butterflies fluttering around the lilac bush.  I grabbed my camera and chased them a while, this is the result.

note to self-much easier to do this without an 8 year old at your side who has no idea what you are actually doing.

Pansy #3           10x10 Stretched Canvas

Third painting for Artworks 10x10.  This is my favorite.  I think adding more colors made this one for me.  Wish I had done this at the start.

Yes I am still on the pansy craze...I think it's about over...maybe.  I still have another that I am working on.

Portrait Services

I will be doing portraits for anyone who is interested.  Since I believe capturing the soul shouldn't cost you one I will be charging a simple $35.00 fee -locations within Littleton Houlton area- photos will be touched up with Photoshop if needed and printing will be done through Shutterfly which will cost only what Shutterfly charges plus shipping.  Discs will be given with all portraits.

Spring Fling Houlton Elementary School

Made it to Houlton Elementary School's Spring Fling event for an hour of face-painting fun on Friday.  Second year in a row for me.  Painted dragons, butterflies, zombies, cupcakes, dinos and a few Pikachoos.  Had a great time.  Really wish there were more opportunities to do this sort of thing.
